Vision: A Quabbin Region that is mentally, physically and emotionally healthy, allowing all to be addiction free.
Mission: Quabbin Drug Response Unifying Group "Q-DRUG", works with our community to stand together to support youth substance use prevention. We seek to promote awareness and erase the stigma of substance use disorder to build a recovery supportive community.
Q-DRUG has offered a wide variety of events in our community:
To support parents and caregivers to better understand youth substance use and how to prevent youth use.
To support community awareness and support for youth prevention.
To support better access to treatment options for all individuals in our community.
To support awareness of recovery supports in our community and region.
To support the breakdown of stigma around substance use disorder and mental health.
To support all youth in their desire to remain, or become, substance free, through community events and engagement.
Q-DRUG is made possible through the generous support of:
The Drug Free Communities Grant, through the Center for Disease Control, in collaboration with the Quabbin Regional School District
The MassCALL3 Grant, through the Bureau of Substance Abuse Services
The Barre Saving Bank Community Foundation
